Maya Medi Spa

Nestled on one of Hyderabad’s bustling Banjara Hills roads is an elegant 1600sqft medspa, marking its presence after branches in the USA and Bangalore. The interior exudes understated elegance with earthy white tones warming the walls. 

Inside, subtle curves abound—from rounded display shelves and a long curved reception wall to brass-colored accents that add a touch of glamour. The white terrazzo flooring enhances the space’s flow and openness, while the reception desk’s curved edges maintain the fluid theme. A standout feature in the reception area is a standalone brass sink cladded in leather finished travertine stone, for product demonstrations.

The medspa houses five treatment rooms that offer a sense of calm. Playing with different lighting schemes was crucial to meet the varied needs of the space, enhancing both functionality and ambiance. The lounge area wall juxtaposes various patterns, forming lip-like shapes and has a vibrant moodboard for interaction. Overall, the earthy white palette envelops the medspa in warmth and comfort, making it a serene urban retreat.

An earthy material palette, inviting persona & an unconventional demeanor ground this dermatologist’s clinic venue . The approach utilized was simple in its essence but used some interventions to give the spread of spaces a nuanced character. Various materials ranging from cement-plastered Kalai work walls to wooden ceiling rafters & cement floors came together to form a neutral stated base which was punctuated with pops of colours in sections. The different hues in controlled doses, patterns, textures & shifts in spatial volumes are what give the space a more tangible quality.  

A quick fun project with a natural colour palette and organic shapes to create a fun soothing atmosphere for the kids.
